I'm in the phase of healing from a broken heart right now (talk about drama :v) but yeah, my friend and I just finished sending him our letters earlier today.

You should use the one in English. I just put in the Japanese one for... reasons :v

It's applicable for any member. You just have to change the name of the recipient you would like to send the letter to.
